I know we're all tired of hearing about the hard economics times but the reality is still with us.
As we prepare our children for school, the extra activities and the cost they add can really
make us consider our options.
Vancouver Clark Parks and Recreation does have a limited scholarship program for activities.

Everyone should have access to music education.
